Not sure why I didn’t think of it sooner
When my partner asked me to take care of our accommodation in taupo I knew I was going to get in trouble eventually. I’m not sure why she still asks me to do this as every time I choose a place she is unhappy with it. It only occurred to me recently that I should pick a few places and then get her best friend to make a decision on which one I should book. So I called her best friend and she picked a place and sure enough my partner was very happy with it. I might have also taken the acknowledgement for the choice of place.
