Alaska Halibut Fishing
Alaska is not the place to try out your survivor skills. The land is rugged and filled with wildlife like bears, wolves and moose. Alaska is a truly special place, a land rich with beauty, authenticity, adventure and its own larger-than-life mystique. Alaska is a wonderful place to be a field scientist or an Alaskan Halibut fishing enthusiast, especially if you are a geologist and paleontologist. I have flown in to some of the wildest country on Earth by small bush planes and helicopters.
