Small to mid size businesses have a choice on which Siebel CRM to use for their company. There is Mid Market which is a professional edition that allows the company to break up the application in order to just pick the applications that refer to the needs of their business. This application can be used in conjunction with the On Demand version. The On Demand version is a web based edition that allows the company to get up and running quickly with all their sales, service, marketing, and contact centre for their customers. It is a low cost solution due to it is a subscription based application and does not make the business make any “in concrete” decisions about software that they want to use.
