Some Exercises to Increase Your Vertical Leap
If you are a basketball player and want to be able to compete with the best players on the court, then you should strengthen your leg muscles. There are many workouts that will help you increase your vertical leap. One of them is doing squats to build your quads and give you some jumping power. Strengthening your calf muscles is another workout that will help with your jumps. Deep knee bends are another exercise that will help you get that high jump. Lastly, don’t forget the abdominal muscles. Crunches are important in strengthening your core and giving your body power. Practicing these exercises on a daily basis will have you jumping high with the rest of them.
