Jumping on One Foot
A good way to learn how to jump higher is to only use one of your legs at a time. By doing so you are forcing your other leg to work slightly hardly therefore building up the muscles in the one that you are using. For example, try jumping on one leg for a few minutes with your other leg not touching the ground, you will probably feel how strong your leg that is jumping is carrying the load of your body. Now try the other leg and you should feel the same in that leg as well. Gradually do this and you will see a difference shortly.
