Kolob
In mormon doctrine, Kolob refers to the place where God dwells. Many people generically refer to the place where God resides as “heaven,” but Kolob is more specific. Though the mormon doctrine can get somewhat confusing for me personally, Kolob is a planet which is the center of all God’s creations, and which governs all of those creations. God’s time is different than our time here on earth. Scriptures tell us that one day for God is one thousand years for us. What is most important to know is that God has infinite, eternal creations. We are not His only creations, but we are still His children and He loves us.
