Priorities
My parents left us some commercial and residential properties. My sister and I decided that we should not use the property rent and let it stay at the bank for a couple of years. Now, we’re trying to see how we can use the rent. We’re considering of building other rental units to make the business grow. However, we’re still hesitant since both of us do not have a background in real estate. So, we’re listing down the choices and with that, we’ll probably got to our priorities. I hope we get to something concrete. We even joked that if we don’t get to a sound decision, it might be better to let the money stay in the bank.
