I get a kick out my daughter’s methodical planning, which she has been doing since she was a small child.  Now married and the mother of two toddlers, she and her husband have decided that they want to buy a house in our hometown of Tampa, Florida.  My daughter carefully explained to me that they have been in contact with several excellent real estate sources, including reo tampa, and have concluded that they now have the savings to pay cash for one of the many foreclosed properties in the area.  That discussion took place last Wednesday and they have already put a bid in on a beautiful little home in a nice neighborhood.  I have no doubt they will get it.  After all, that’s the way my daughter planned it.
