Those who want to be a Florida private investigator had best start looking for requirements on getting their license. A  Florida Private Investigator License  can only be had if one is 18 years old and above and is able to pass state standards, including a training course and a criminal background check. Those who want to be able to own these licenses must be either US citizens or have a permit to work in the USA. The types of training can vary quite widely. Not all positions in PI agencies will require field training. As a matter of fact, many agencies will not even require applicants to undergo training provided that they already have sufficient experience in the field.
