When my partner began looking for an engagement ring, he took me to Tiffany’s! Everything there was beautiful, flashy, and just not me. It was also way beyond our budget. I don’t want a cheap engagement ring, but I refused to let him go into debt over a ring. In the end, we found a lovely ring in a family run shop in my home town. I know the owners, which made the choice seem even more special.
