According to the EPA every household in America using municipally-treated water has elevated levels of chloroform gas in the air… from showering, toilet flushing and washing dishes.  The reasons for installing one are really quite staggering.  So the answer to the question: why chose a whole house water filter  is obvious.

I was fortunate to be writing about water and water filters to discover this fact.  I mean, I heard about the shower filter, but the rest of the house?  It is surely worth further investigation.  Lots of good information out there.  Don’t mistake a house water softener for a filter.
