When I was asked to join the editorial board of a health lifestyle magazine, one of the first things I questioned was the need to have a vegetable juicer review every week, but it turned out the readers actually did want articles like that. That’s how new I was to that aspect of health publishing. Of course, I did my research before making such a suggestion, despite the impression I got from the issue I read earlier; the publication seemed to focus more on gadgets and supplements and less on tips and advice on how to live a healthier life. Still, I thought it was something worth mentioning.
