Superset your way to burn stubborn belly fat

Superset is right, this method of exercise is not only great for fat loss but its also awesome for lean muscle building.  You will start with deciding what muscle groups you’re trianing that day.  Then you will pair the exercises up.  For example, if you’re training biceps and triceps on the same day, start with a barbell bicep curl, do your set number of reps and then move immediately to a tricep exercise like bench dips with absolutly no rest period at all between the two.  It’s almost like a cardio workout in itself.  Your heart rate will be significantly faster thus raising your metabolism.  So, it’s one of those workouts to burn belly fat off at a high rate of speed.  Superset workouts are also a great time saver.
