Everyone who wants a magic pill to lose weight, raise your hand. How about we try burn fat for dummies at www.burnthefat4dummies.com. I have listened to the introductory tape/video that you can listen to on the website, and it seems less pressured and makes sense. Duh for Dummy. I’m fired up. No more programs - Jenny worked till I started back on real food; OK portion control may be a problem…no more pills that made my heart race and feel jumpy, no more drinks that sent me to the bathroom because of lactose intolerance, and no more cutting out certain foods.
