Fat Burning Furnace – Too Good to Be True?
Can you imagine exercising for only 45 minutes a week and losing weight? From what I’ve heard so far, you have to follow a diet plan and exercise regularly to lose any weight without gaining it back. Fat Burning Furnace claims that you can exercise once a week for less than an hour and still shed pounds. My personal trainer is a little doubtful that this program really works. I asked him to read the Fat Burning Furnace review and give his opinion. He says that strength exercises are necessary and produce great results over time. Even 45 minutes a week is enough for the body to build enough muscle to keep burning the calories. One needs to exercise about three times a week to build lean muscles and to burn fat.
