Exercise our brain and avoid memory loss

One of the conditions that is readily accepted by so many of the population is that of memory loss when we get to a certain age. Our understanding of the workings of the brain is increasing week by week and it is with this understanding that we know that we can do a lot to prevent memory loss. Just like most parts of our bodies, our brain needs exercising in order to work in peak performance. We should all be using memory improvement techniques if we want to operate at peak brain memory efficiency.
