Diet and Exercise
There are many things that we can do to keep our bones strong. I take coral calcium every day. I also exercise. I walk daily, and I also use light weights. Another thing that I do is that I try to eat healthy. I’ll admit that I like to sneak ice cream from time to time, but I really do watch what I eat. I try very hard to get in the daily recommended amounts of fruits and vegetables. I love whole grains, and I start every day off with a steaming bowl of oatmeal. Between diet, exercise, and taking calcium, I know that my bones are strong.
