Can adults grow with stretches?

Done regularly, stretching exercises to increase height can be beneficial. Many stretches work to counteract the way gravity compresses our spines every day.When you go to bed at night, lie flat on your back and point your hands and feet toward the top and bottom of the bed. Stretch your body as far as you can, twisting and turning in different directions. Then, lift your legs and hips into the air, resting your hands on your lower back for support. Move your feet in circles, just like riding a bicycle. Finally, drop your head to your chest and roll your head to the left, the back and the side, coming back to your chest. Be sure to stretch from the top of your head, making your neck as long as possible.
