Body Weight Exercise Leg Lifts

I have always been fascinated with sports and enjoy learning new ones. As a student in college I went out for the rugby team and had so much fun with this sport. I enjoyed it much more than I could have imagined. One of the exercises we had to do was leg lifts which I loathed. This is a body weight exercise where you had to lay down and lift your legs approximately six inches off the ground. This position had to be held until the coach was ready for us to stop. I think our coach got a kick out of us writhing in pain.
