My grandmother was born in 1897 and she used to tell us that when she was younger and had acne that they would put lemon juice on their pimples and lay in the sun. That is about as all natural of an acne treatment that you are going to ever hear about. Today there are so many chemical treatments on the market it would be nice to find a product that is all natural and works. I have done some searches on the internet and have found that there are some household items, like lemon juice, that can help fight acne.
