i do not want to do workouts that are over 40 minutes. i will cut them down if they go over that. it is not worth the time because i get the most in that amount of time. it is different for everyone but i make sure that the way that i am getting the exercise that i known about is the best for me and that is what really matters. it is a way to really feel good about what you are doing. make all of that really happen for you. i will do just that andmake it fun to./ controlling appetite is a part of it.
