Think Like a manager not just a boss.

When I was just an employee all I had to think about was that I learned my job and did it well enough not to get fired. When I decided that I wanted to advance to management I had to learn to think like a manager, to see the bigger picture of how all the individual jobs worked together to keep the business working smoothly. I had to think about “Training Employees: What Works And What Doesn’t ” It became clear to me that the training of employees is the key to making a successful business second only to keeping customers happy which, of course, comes from having well trained employees.
