The recruiting industry is an interesting field
I have always wanted a job that allowed me to fill positions for other companies. I have worked in human resources but I just landed a recruiting job for a big company. The company I work for is huge and is always looking for new talent. They find that having in house recruiters works well for them and I will be able to gain valuable knowledge and work experience with this new job. eventually I would like to be able to work from home but right now I am in an office and I am learning from all of the other recruiters.
