Finding the best IT jobs that offer both a great company to work with as well as competitive compensation can be hard to find. I was newly out of college and looking for my very first job in the Information Technology field. My college advisor suggested I find a good IT Recruiter to help me locate the best position for me and my skill level. The recruiter I hired had many connections and had close contact with many of the fortune 500 companies. There was a fee to pay for his services that I didn’t have to come up with until he actually placed me in a job. I’ve been at my new job for six months now and I love it!
