Making Payroll Easier
Our company has purchased HR payroll software to make the payroll easier. Now we have all the employees fill out a time card online at the end of the week, and then the system generates their payroll. There are codes for them to use so we know whether they were working, on paid holiday, on sick leave, or on unpaid leave. When we hire new employees we enter them into the system with all the necessary information such as name, address, and pay rate. Whenever anything changes, we update the information in the system. It is so much easier than trying to do things by hand.
