Less Fees
I am very confused about the process of home loans. I have heard some loans advertised stating that there were no points, no hidden fees and no closing costs. How can anyone make any money if the only money changing hands is for the home. I am sure there are other figures in there some where that are really hidden but maybe categorized as something else. If I were to look into home loans in South Africa do they have different verbiage for these fees? I am some what knowledgeable on the lingo here but I do not know what to look for out of the country.
