After starting my own small business it was a one man effort for the first six months. As business started to pickup I decided that it was time to hire additional help to move my sales to the next level. The training was relatively simple because I simply get the employees to follow my lead. What I wasn’t prepared for was the additional administrative work that is part and parcel of having employees. I decided that it was time to get some help in this area and found comfort in the fact that I could hire a firm that specializes in payroll for small business. This has left additional time for me to focus on my business so that I could leave the administrative requirements to a specialist.
