After starting my own small business it was a one man effort for the first six months. As business started to pickup I decided that it was time to hire additional help to move my sales to the next level. The training was relatively simple because I simply get the employees to follow my lead. What I wasn’t prepared for was the additional administrative work that is part and parcel of having employees.
