I recently acquired a small manufacturing company that is in some financial trouble.  The owners wanted out quickly and I was able to pick the company up for a very reasonable price.  It really has great potential if managed properly.  I make my living by buying companies just like this.  I love the challenge of taking a failing company and making it profitable.  Sometimes I keep these companies and sometime I sell them for a quick profit.  My first thought for this plant in to install conveyors to streamline the process.  I have made arrangements to have a company come out and give me some recommendations.  Many of the tasks that are done manually can be eased considerably.
