New Citroen Plan
I was trying to come up with a way to buy a New Citroen by the end of the year, but I am not sure that I am ever going to be able to do that. I really have thought that if I just made a plan that it would all work out, but that has not happened at all. I have the plan, but things just keep going wrong. This month I found out that I have over a thousand dollars in medical bills that I have to pay in the next six months. That is never going to happen.
