What is the Medifast Diet Plan?

If you are trying to shed some of your excess weight then you may be asking yourself what weight loss program is right for you. When I found the Medifast diet plan it was like a dream come true. This program is a high protein, low carbohydrate diet plan designed to help you lose 2 to 5 pounds each week without losing muscle mass. They have several diet plans available. They even have a vegetarian plan which is exactly what I was looking for. They also have a great support system including information on exercise and nutrition while you are on the plan.
